Description

The FBC™ is a compact, lightweight, insert wafer check valve that easily installs between two flanges. The in-line, spring assisted design prevents “water hammer” and “reverse flow”. The FBC™ contains all of the proven features of the Basic-Check® valve developed by DFT® over 60 years ago. Like the Basic-Check®, the metal-to-metal sealing area of the disc and seat is precision lapped providing tight shut-off for applications involving liquids, gases or steam. Resilient soft seats are available for applications requiring bubble-tight shut-off.

GPV® Wafer Check Valves feature an in-line spring assisted design to prevent flow reversal for liquids and gases. The edge guided disc and center guided stem ensure that the soft seated disc will always find its home and provide bubble tight shutoff while the 316 stainless steel construction provides superior corrosion protection.

WLC® Cast Iron Body Check Valves  Face-to-face according to MSS-SP126. Not recommended for gas or steam service.

The DFT® Model WLC Wafer style Silent Check Valve is a lightweight, spring-assisted, in-line check valve that provides reliable, low maintenance service for a wide range of fluids and pressure/temperature combinations. The joint between the seat ring and body is sealed by the flange gasket upon installation preventing any leakage through the joint when the valve is in service.
